The Fine Print

  • We book up to eighteen months in advance and prefer at least a week’s notice for bookings, though we may be able to accommodate bookings made with less than a week’s notice.

  • No, our limousine services are priced the same for all of our limousines.

  • Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

  • Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your ride. If you notify us of a cancelation or rescheduling at least three months prior to your originally scheduled date, we will retain your deposit but the balanced owed will not be due. If you notify us of a cancelation or rescheduling less than three months prior to your ride, full payment of the original reservation is required unless we are able to rebook your original date, in which case we will fully refund your original date.

  • If we cannot provide your service due to unsafe conditions, e.g. ice, we will provide a full refund.

  • Payment is due within 24 hours of the completion of your service.

  • We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

  • Unfortunately, our classic limos are not as reliable as modern cars, so this may happen. We will arrange alternate transportation for you, making our best effort to accommodate your preferences, and we will tow your limousine to the event venue for photographs. If we are able to arrange on-time alternate transportation and provide your classic car limo for photographs we will charge you the quoted price for our service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and/or we are unable to bring your classic car limousine for photos, we will keep your non-refundable deposit but you do not have to pay for the rest of the service.

  • While unlikely, this is a possibility. Our top priority will be to make sure you get where you are going on time and we will coordinate alternate transportation accordingly. If possible, we will tow the original limo to the venue for photos. If we are able to arrange on-time alternate transportation and provide your classic car limo for photographs we will charge you the quoted price for our service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and/or we are unable to bring your classic car limousine for photos, we will keep your non-refundable deposit but you do not have to pay for the rest of the service.

  • Cleaning is included in your package at no additional charge to you except for cleaning up stains, foul odors that persist after service, glitter, and/or bodily fluids left behind, any of which will incur a $500 flat fee for additional cleaning.

  • Due to FAA regulations and Virginia law we cannot pick up or drop off in our limousines at any airport servicing commercial flights. If you need transportation to or from a commercial airport, we are happy to provide transportation from the airport through one of our affiliates. We may be able to pick up at private airports/airfields depending on their policies and procedures.

  • C’Ville Classic Cars, Ace Auto Center Express, and Chuck’s Auto

  • We do not charge hidden or additional fees of any kind except if a client damages, stains, leaves a foul odor which persists after the service, or leaves any kind of bodily fluids in the limousine. There is a flat $500 fee for damage, stains, persistent foul odors, glitter, and/or left bodily fluids.

  • You are welcome to sit in the front seat of the limo for photos and video, but, unfortunately, our insurance requires that our chauffeurs do all of the actual driving!

  • Yes, our chauffeurs are available to drive your car, insurance permitting. Please contact us for rates and details.
